We Have been working in Knits and Woven both for last 16 years and have       vendors located in Karachi,Lahore and Faisalabad.

Our Vendors are supplying textile items to our buyers.

These suppliers are capable to meet all requirements from high quality fashion        to medium and low price bulk orders.

Our philosophy is to source competent vendors who have a fully equipped factory with infrastructure and sound financial position to meet the commitments and then we concentrate on such vendors to develop a working relationship.

Most of our vendors are having vertical setups of denim base products having own/ in house denim fabric production,garment factory, washing/laundry facilities, finishing and packaging arrangements with embroderies , printing and embellishment work for controlled production with quality standards.

 

1)Supplier Base

The items we handle include an extensive range of products in knits and woven for Men,Ladies and children.

The articles i.e Tops, Bottoms, Jeans, Outwear and work wear using variety of fabric.

Denim Jeans / bottoms and jackets are our most fast items being produced in different factories throughout the year

Non-denim fabrics like Twills, Drills Corduroys, Bedford Cord, Ribstop, Canvas,Ottoman Including dobby weaves tortured.

In Knits include Jersey, Thermal, Fleece, French Terry, Knitted Terry, Ribs, Tricot,Velour etc.

 

4)Product Range

We have young and educated professionals in our quality Assurance division who are experienced to handle the quality control of the production during production, checking garment patterns and give technical assistance to vendors regarding fabrics and manufacturing process.

 

 

   

 

 

 

     

 

 

2)Quality Assurance

Our QC Manager carries out a final inspection for every order.

 

The Final inspection standards are the AQL standards given by buyer and is done only after 100% merchandise is ready in packed cartons.

 

Final inspection covers the checking of fabric / shade, measurements, workman ship, labeling, washing, finishing, packing, presentation and general optic as per AQL Standards set by the buyer.

 

A final inspection certificate is issued to shipper for every shipment that is released by us to accompany set of shipping documents.

 

5)Final Inspection Prior To Shipment

3)Sampling And Size Set Approvals

Our office first approves all samples before sending them to buyers

All cad cams, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, accessories & packing material etc are first approved by our office before sending them to the buyer.

 

This process ensures that only the correct samples and accessories go to the buyer to avoid time wastage and expenses in re-submissions.

 

Offer samples, proto samples, fit samples, approval samples and pre-production size-set are first checked by us as per buyer’s requirements and size specifications for dispatch.

 

Production authorization is given to the supplier after having all the necessary documented approvals from buyer.

 

During production, samples are randomly selected for testing to ensure that correct quality is being produced.

 

We carry out daily in-line inspection to check measurements, workmanship, handling of merchandise and general supervision.

 

The in-line reports are issued every day of the production followed by a pre-final inspection which is done when at least 50% quantity is in packing.

 

Our presence at the factories throughout production also helps us to have an

up-date on production status and to follow them for timely shipments.

6)Sourcing And Other Services

A) SOURCING OF FACTORIES:

 

We source factories that are properly equipped with latest manufacturing machines, having infrastructure to meet compliance audit requirements of different brands and customers.  Also having neat and clean working atmosphere, financially strong, have in-house quality assurance systems for checking of fabrics and made-ups and who are ready to co-operate regarding sampling and new development.

 

B) FOLLOW-UP OF ORDERS & DELIVERY CONTROL:

 

From the date we get order confirmation, till the final inspection, it is our responsibility to monitor the development of sample, fabric processing and garment manufacturing to ensure that every process is done in given period of time.

Time and Action Calendar with the important dates is filled out and taken from factory for strict follow up by our office to keep control of the order.

Every requirement from buyer and supplier and its subsequent approval during the course of order follow-up which may become a reason of late shipment, is chartered on the action calendar with a date assigned of the action.

This is the same system used in big mail order house of Europe and has proved very well in maintaining the timely delivery & controlling all aspects of order follow-up.

 

C) DAILY UPDATES

 

Our merchandising department is trained and experienced in getting timely information from supplier regarding obtaining status of samples-in-work, developments, approvals, production, delivery schedule, shipment status and shipping documents which is being communicated to buyer on daily / periodic basis.

 

      D) Forwarding And Cargo Consolidation

 

We assist buyers and vendors in consolidating shipments and follow up on the clearing, forwarding and shipment process in liaison with freight forwarders / shipping companies

 

       E) Personal Visits

 

Foreign visit by our company’s Directors are made on regular basis to our principal to have a closer contact and to discuss current productions / projects and new business developments together with presentation of new development of latest fabric developments and trendy styles.

Vendors are also encouraged to visit our buyers together with us to build up confidence and make new business dealing.
